Chief Financial Officer

Plan, direct and control the organization's overall financial plans and policies, accounting practices, and relationships with lending institutions and the financial community. Community Healthcare and GrantsManagement exp. desired.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in the account field is required.Master's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in the filed is required. Concentration in Finance, Accounting or Business is preferred. CPA is Preferred. Seven (7) years of progressive exp. in a health care finance environment is desired.

Operations Manager

Provide leadership within the clinical setting in order to ensure effective, efficient office operations, optimizing performance and continually improving quality of care in a vastly changing healthcare environment.
Must have Bachelor's degree in Business, PracticeManagement. Master's in related field preferred.

Director, Community Care

Develops and maintains collaborative relationship with appropriate service providers, public benefit and social service provider agencies as appropriate.Work closely with senior management staff on clinical excellence in community based programs. To include mobile health units, programs for homeless patients, and community based nursing and behavioral health programs. Assist with grant research, writing, implementation and reporting.
Must have at least a bachelor's degree. MPH strongly preferred. Five (5) years of progressive exp. preferred.

Case Manager

The case manager's role is to facilitate the patients' use of the health care system to achieve the best possible results for the patient. This requires referrals and follow-up thorough enough to integrate and procure the services needed by patients who are homeless, migrants or otherwise lack access in various sites. The case manager's work is crucial to empowering patients access to continuum of care and to achieve optimal health and level of functioning.
Bachelor's degree or higher in social work or related human services field preferred. At least three (3) years of case management experience preferred.

Associate Medical Director, Community Care

Works closely with senior management and staff on clinical excellence in community based programs. To include mobile health units, programs for homeless patients, and community based nursing and behavioral health programs.
Must be Board Certified with clinical practice exp. in related community setting.

Associate Medical Director, Geriatrics

Works closely with senior management staff on clinical excellence and practice in geriatric settings, to include PACE programs, nursing homes, assisted living, and primary care practices.
Must be Board Certified in Geriatrics with at least five (5) years clinical practice exp.

Program Director, Registered Nurse Mobile Health

The Program Director is an RN with advanced training in the maternal-newborn clinical specialty who practices, teaches, consults, supervises, coordinates and oversees the prenatal/postpartum/ neonatal services for the mobile unit.
Valid Louisiana RN and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (Clinical Nurse Specialist) licenses. BSN andMasters Degree in nursing/public health required. Trained in Centering Pregnancy® model of care. Certification in BLS for Health Care Providers. Oral and written communication, analysis and problem solving skills. Bilingual/bicultural required. (Proficient in Spanish language). Documented leadership exp. and work within healthcare arena.

Certified Medical Assistant

Must possess a sense of discipline to work in accordance with accepted nursing and medical standards. Displaying excellent reading, and verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Successful completion of a CertifiedMedical Assistant course. Should have at least one year of clinical experience. Must be computer literate.

CDL Driver w/medical experience, Mobile Health

Drives and maintains theMarch of DimesMom&BabyMobile Health Van.Must possess a sense of discipline to work in accordance with accepted nursing and medical standards, supporting a Certified NurseMidwife in a maternal-newborn care environment. Displaying excellent reading, verbal and nonverbal communication skills. Must be computer literate.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Successful completion of a CertifiedMedical Assistant course. Should have at least one year of clinical experience.

Administrative Assistant

Coordinate and provide direct clerical and administrative support services to Director of Administrative Services and professional staff.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent with at least five (5) years exp. in a secretarial or office management position in a health care setting or a Baccalaureate degree in BusinessManagement, Administration, or OfficeManagement with three (3) years exp. in office management or executive secretarial position. Must have excellent communication skills, including verbal and written.

Business Office Representative, Admit/Discharge

Provide services in compliance with Daughters of Charity Services of New Orleans as a Business Office Representative. Responsible for greeting the public, scheduling appointments, maintaining electronic medical records and clerical duties as assigned. Process patients at admission and discharge.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent with at least three (3) years exp. in a health care business office setting. Must have excellent communication skills, including verbal and written (Proficient in Spanish language). Must be computer literate.
